Return Policy

As a small electronics shop, we do everything we can to make sure returning an item you bought from us is unnecessary. But, if all else fails, we do accept returns on defective retail and pre-owned items. Any refunds granted may not be available immediately. We do not accept returns on consignment items for any reason. We also do not accept returns of items damaged by customers. 

Our philosophy is simple: if we made a mistake, we'll fix it.
